Automation IT Developer Remote Job Description: Provide expert technical support for KNX-based building automation products and systems to our system integrator customers, both remotely and on-site.
Assist customers with system integration, configuration, and troubleshooting in home and building projects.
Conduct test of KNX products.
Assists customers with the automation design for their building projects.
Provide customers with solutions for their projects using the company's product offerings.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to building automation systems.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of KNX standards, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries, providing clear documentation and follow-up.
Key Requirements: Proven experience in building automation, system integration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Building automation programming experience.
