Job Overview - Automation Developer As an Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions that improve operational efficiency. You will work closely with various teams to identify automation opportunities, develop automation scripts, and maintain existing automation frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Design and Development: Develop and implement automated solutions using appropriate tools and technologies.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand automation needs.
Testing and Debugging: Test and debug automation scripts to ensure reliability and performance.
Maintenance: Maintain and update existing automation frameworks to adapt to changing requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and solutions.
About you:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in automation development, scripting, and using automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Airtable).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with APIs and integrating automation solutions with various systems.
Knowledge of databases and SQL.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Familiarity with robotic process automation (RPA) tools.
