Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess repair needs.
Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates using Audatex (compulsory) and TMS (preferred).
Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure efficient repair processes.
Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair options and processes to clients.
Maintain accurate records of estimates and communicate effectively with customers and insurance companies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of recent experience as an Autobody Estimator.
Strong technical knowledge of motor vehicles and repair processes.
Proficient in using Audatex for estimating (mandatory).
Familiarity with TMS is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
