Key Responsibilities: Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their service needs and providing detailed information about services and repairs.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and listen carefully to customer concerns to diagnose issues accurately.
Prepare and present repair estimates and service recommendations, ensuring transparency in pricing and services.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history.
Communicate effectively with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely service delivery.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
Upsell additional services and products as appropriate, while maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Stay current on automotive technology and service trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive service or related certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or automotive role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Basic understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.
Proficient in using computers and automotive service software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
