Auto Electrician

RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking a trade tested and experienced AUTO ELECTRICIAN for a well-established, growing concern based in the Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal. JOB DESCRIPTION Grade 12. Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Trade tested Red Seal Auto Electrician. Relevant certifications or qualifications in automotive. Airconditioning experience would be a strong advantage. 2yrs post qualified working experience as an Auto Electrician. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the capability to work independently Good team player and able to mentor junior assistants. Own tools are not essential but would be an added advantage. Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on various vehicles / machines Troubleshoot electrical issues and have impeccable problem-solving skills. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to explain issues, solutions, and repair options. Keep accurate records of all service activities, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage. Manage and prioritize service tasks to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Willing to work after hours when required.
