Working with the main OEMs within the UK and overseas. We are a specialist contractor who OEM's call on to support their vehicle projects. This can range from carefully planned and executed launch support projects through to very reactive quality campaignsWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Electrician who has mechanical knowledge to support our customer based in Crewe. This will be on an ongoing contract basis. As an Auto Electrician you will be responsible for fitting prototype parts to the vehicles.Responsibilities:* Working on Prototype builds.* Fitting prototype looms in the vehicles.* Carrying out software downloads.* Dismantle prototype vehicles preparing for deposal.* Removing and fitting interior and exterior parts.Requirements:* NVQ or equivalent qualification in Auto Electrics.* Advanced knowledge of modern vehicular electrical systems.* Ability to work independently and efficiently.* Complex problem-solving skills.Benefits* Family Friendly hours.* Outside IR35.* Possible overtime available.* Free onsite parking.This role is commutable from Crewe, Chesire, Liverpool, Manchester, Nantwich, Congleton, Stoke-on-Trent and ChesterAdvertising your job vacancies with the IMI is an ideal solution to fix your recruitment needs at low cost.
