They are renowned for their innovative solutions and expertise in providing top-tier professional services to a diverse range of clients globally.Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Risk and Assurance Consultant to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assessing and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the firm's risk management, control, and governance processes.Key Responsibilities :Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Perform internal audits and assurance reviews across various departments and functions.Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.Provide expert advice on risk management, compliance, and internal audit matters.Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.Collaborate with management to develop and implement risk management policies and procedures.Stay updated with industry regulations, best practices, and emerging risks.Assist in the development and implementation of risk management training programs.Support external audit processes and liaise with external auditors as required.Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that recommendations are implemented effectively.Qualifications and Experience :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certifications such as CA (SA), CIA, CISA, or equivalent are highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, risk management, or assurance, preferably within a professional services firm or capital markets environment.Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and governance principles.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Our Client's Team :Opportunity to work with a leading multinational professional services firm.Exposure to a diverse range of clients and industries.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth and development opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
