Responsibilities
Team Leader: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages open communication and knowledge sharing.
Audit Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive audit plans, considering risk assessments, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Execute and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely completion of audit work papers and reports.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain client relationships through effective communications and delivery of high-quality services. Stay abreast of changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
Budget and Resource Management: Manage audit engagements within budget constraints, optimizing resource allocation and efficiency. Provide input into the development of the annual audit plan and resource planning.
Qualification Requirements and Desired Experience

Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CIA, SAICA, IRBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in public administration or accounting roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility.
Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office suite.

Professional/Technical Competencies

Strong knowledge of audit standards, auditing principles, and regulatory requirements.
Business acumen and demonstrated ability in delivering agreed projects.
Knowledgeable of Due Bills Consulting Systems, processes, tools, methodologies, and templates within audit scope.
Experience in managing teams and developing client relationships.

Able to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R20000.00 - R25000.00 per month
