Audit & Assurance Manager: Hsec & Human Rights

This team applies cutting-edge internal audit practices to provide assurance and advisory services to stakeholders. As the Senior Assurance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our organisation's HSEC and Human Rights programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead HSEC and Human Rights assurance engagements globally.Identify and assess relevant risks and mitigating controls.Develop improvements to enhance organisational efficiency and effectiveness.Act as the most senior regional member of the GIAA Team, responsible for local stakeholder engagement and operational matters.Plan and execute assurance audits for major HSEC and Human Rights themes.Define the scope and objectives for assurance activities and develop detailed work plans.Manage resources effectively and efficiently.Track costs against approved budgets and manage contracts with subject matter experts.Measure performance and identify areas for improvement.Present results at various levels within the organisation.Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders.Education and Experience: Degree in Auditing/Finance, Health, Safety, Environment, Community, Human Rights Management, or Engineering.Post-graduate qualification.Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), CA, or CP advantageous.Min. 10 years of experience in the Mining or similar industry.5+ years of HSEC and Human Rights management experience.Familiarity with HSEC and Human Rights management methodologies and best practices.If you're ready to make a significant impact on global HSEC and Human Rights assurance practices within a dynamic organisation, we want to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
