Audit Administrator

An Audit Administrator is responsible for administrative tasks, record keeping, invoicing, and updating information on in-house systems.Reporting to various partners and the Audit Operations Officer, the Audit Administrator will be responsible for the following:Processing of travel expenses and subsistence allowanceFollowing up on outstanding timesheetsCapturing overtime for the traineesInvoicing and WIP managementCompletion of the IRBA dataPreparing reports for partners when required, such as billings, productivity, and debtors reportsCapturing opportunities on CRM and completing the acceptance procedures for all new clients, assisting with queries and assisting the partners and managers with follow-upsPreparing and presenting at the first-year inductionAssisting the trainees with bank confirmations where requiredProcessing legal confirmations and deed searchesQualificationsMatricBcom qualifications will be an advantage.ExperienceAt least 2-5 years of experience in a similar roleAdvanced computer skillsProficient in MS Office packagesInvoicing experience is crucialSkillsExcellent administrative skillsExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail in all aspects of workGood work ethic and interpersonal skillsAble to work under tight time constraints
