Description Dear Future, Attorney Liaison ManagerThe role requires you to collect and analyse risk information to provide recommendations on proactive management decisions to prevent risk occurrencesAre you someone who can do the following:Strong analytical skills (Data Analytics) and reportingDeliver against operational and cost targets Build relationships that allow for managing expectations; the sharing of knowledge and diverse insights; and the creation of buy-in Engage in cross-functional relationships to obtain and to provide work supportEnsure full understanding of customer needs to deliver a quality serviceEnsure product knowledge and advice is technically accurate and provide customers with relevant information to keep them informed of products and service optionsEnsure resolution of customer queries and complaints timeously and have ownership of issuesAnalyse customer feedback to help improve customer servicePropose ideas to improve customer serviceEnsure compliance with relevant statutory, legislative, policy and governance requirements in area of accountabilityEnsure implementation of relevant policies, governance and practice standards across the business Maintain knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and internal compliance procedures and requirementsDevelop an understanding of risks and risk management approachesImplement and provide input into the development of governance and compliance procedures and processes within area of specialisation and identify risksEducate others and make suggestions for improvementsResearch, enable and consult on improvements and opportunities to harness technology and platform enablementImprove business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and dataAccumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunitiesAssess own performance against competencies and skills required deliveryIdentify development needs and select effective solutions to address own development needsPrepare a personal development plan with management to implement and review as requiredMonitor own progress against development plan and measure impact of resultsYou will be an ideal candidate if you:Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree5 to 8 years working experience in similar role.Understanding of the conveyancing processUnderstanding of FICATraining experience in the same field is advantageousAbility to manage internal and external stakeholdersYou will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are:Adaptable and curiousHave a proven successful track record.Thrive in a collaborative environment#Post#Fnb#LI-ZN2Are you interested to take the step?
