Attorney - Debt Collection

Hahn & Hahn Attorneys based in Pretoria is looking for an Attorney to assist with debt collection. The position entails legal debt collection; only candidates with debt collection experience will be considered for this role.Requirements:Admitted AttorneyMinimum of 2 years debt collection experienceResponsibilities:Manage a portfolio of debt collection casesProceed with legal debt collection actions from letter of demand to Judgements and warrants of execution.Draft legal documents and pleadingsConduct legal researchAttend court proceedings and negotiate with opposing counselProvide legal advice to clientsLiaise with external service providers, including sheriffs and debt collectorsReporting to clientsRemuneration: Based on experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: R20000,00 - R25000,00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:Honours (Required)Experience:Legal Debt Collection: 2 years (Required)
