Atm Monitoring Co-Ordinator

FCSReporting to the Operations Manager The above position is vacant at our Cape Town Branch. The overall purpose of this position is to work in the CIT ATM Division, to ensure an efficient flow of schedules, managing the up time of our ATMs, issuing of confidential information and tracking of the fleet.Minimum Requirements:Clear criminal recordPSIRA accredited at least with Grade CAt least 2 years' control room experience in the security industry or similar role where you have supervised or managed people/teams.Computer literate (compulsory)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Western Cape and surrounding areas for operational efficiencyJob Specification:Prepare for fleet departures of FLM teamsPlanning of the FLM schedulesTracking controlIssuing of smart lock access where applicableMaintaining contact with all custodians/client where applicableEnsuring we meet the uptime requirements as per client standards Maintaining all documentation and administration dutiesConstant communication with ATM manager for daily debriefingEnsure all risk and operational concerns are escalated immediatelyLogging of technical callouts where requiredPerform adhoc duties where applicableProviding reports/feedback to client and management where requiredOther Personality Attributes: Must be honest and reliableMust be assertiveMust be self-motivatedQuality assuranceWilling to work overtimeWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.Whilst preference is given to existing employees at all times and the choice made is purely on merit, Historically Disadvantaged Candidates and Black Female Candidates are encouraged and supported in the FSG team.
