Some working outside the standard working hours may be necessary.Daily Activities:Produce TV, radio, and print plansChat with the outdoor planner for OOH plansProduce reach curves and optimization analyses for strategic inputProvide guidance and analysis on the best performing titles, channels, programs, and stations for optimal deliveryObtain Media Schedule approvals from clientsChase outstanding creative and compile and deliver Proof of Life documentsAttend internal and external client status meetingsManage the CE's and PO process and ensure this is accurately tracked and monitored with the buyersProduce and deliver Post Campaign ReportsRespond to Global Report RequirementsMaintain a good relationship and understanding of media owner platformsQualificationsQualifications:Excel IntermediatePowerPoint IntermediateExperience:At least 5 years of ATL media planningAdditional InformationHard Skills:Able to effectively project manageNumerically strong and analytically ableStrong communicator with effective interpersonal relationships across team and clientsAdvanced IT skills including Microsoft Word, best-in-class PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and web-based applicationsThe ability to synthesize and reduce different inputs to create a well-considered and accurate representative viewEnglish fluency and language skills for effective business writingSolid data interpretation and analytics skillsBe able to exercise strategic principles and structured thinking to tackle business development projects assigned by clientsBe able to select appropriate frameworks, tools, and approaches to use in solving client problemsDevelop strategies that interpret cultural and social trends as well as data relevant to client businessSoft Skills:Is open to constructive feedback and challenges accordinglyIs effective at building relationships and working as a teamShows leadership and decision-making abilityManages change well – adapts and remains flexible to business prioritiesAbility to collaborate without ego as well as work effectively independentlyIs willing to transfer skills and share knowledge openly
