The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For Managing the labour compliment in a disciplined and effective manner;Strong administrative skills reliant upon accurate record keeping;Management to achieve targets and objectives within a highly pressurized environment;Managing within a strict bio-security environment;Dealing with local and international professionals at various levels;Managing machinery and equipment, stock control and equipment maintenance;Implementing and maintaining 20 Keys.The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements B.Sc Agric or Diploma in agriculture;At least 5 years' experience in a Breeder Production environment;Experience in the management of a large poultry operation would be preferred;A proven ability to achieve excellent Breeder performance;Must be able to work under pressure;Be in possession of a valid driver's license;Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and proficiency in both English and Afrikaans are essential to this position;Competency in budgeting is essential;Strong administration and reporting skills.
