What you'll be doing: Owning the full recruitment lifecycle – from role design to sourcing, mapping, interviewing, and closing for senior technical roles.Partnering with senior stakeholders across financial services, tech, and consulting landscapes to ensure seamless, effective hiring outcomes.Leveraging innovative sourcing methods, including AI tools, market mapping, and international recruitment strategies, to attract top-tier tech talent.Conducting thorough assessments to ensure candidates align technically and culturally with client expectations.Building an exceptional candidate experience that mirrors our commitment to quality and elevates our client's brand.Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Navigating complex offer processes and ensuring smooth transitions for successful candidates.What we're looking for: 6+ years of tech recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, big tech, or consulting industries.A proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment for senior engineering roles in fast-paced, global environments.Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence senior leadership.Expertise in sourcing senior tech talent using data-driven insights and innovative tools.A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for identifying and engaging top talent.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without compromising on quality.Experience working with international markets, with a deep understanding of global tech landscapes.If you thrive in a high-energy, impactful role and are ready to make a difference by building stellar tech teams, we'd love to hear from you!
