innovative team.In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in developing, testing, and maintaining software that powers our platform.You will work both independently and collaboratively, contributing to high-quality code and robust testing practices.Your role will involve end-to-end testing, supporting QA with staging environments, fixing broken builds, and onboarding new team members.You will also participate in sprint planning and design sessions, ensuring a clear understanding of the business context behind your tasks.A proactive attitude, strong technical skills, and a desire to continuously learn and adapt will be key to your success in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve our departmental goals and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.What You'll Do: Develop, test, and maintain software for the platform.Build meaningful unit, functional, and integration level tests for the software built.Collaborate with a distributed team to fulfill the department's quarterly objectives.Develop code both independently and while pair programming.Write and maintain design, user, and test documentation.Become familiar with technologies used on the squad.Perform triage functionality through verification and fixing of bugs.Build non-customer-facing code.Support software testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.Assist QA with staging environments and fix broken builds.Help with environment setup and onboarding of new members.Participate actively in sprint planning and design sessions, questioning the business reason behind tasks to ensure understanding.What You Have: Completed B.S.in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.1-2 years of experience in software development.Practical experience in common design patterns and unit testing.Exposure to CI and integration tests.Familiarity with at least one cloud platform, confident in using the console and building basic apps.Knowledge of relational databases, table design, and SQL.Desire to work with Java, Spring, and related technologies.Experience with Agile/Iterative processes
