CORE PURPOSE OF JOBTo lecture at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, conduct and publish research within the disciplines of Industrial and Organisational Psychology, Employment Relations and Human Resource Management.
To supervise postgraduate students, and deal with administrative work.
Co-ordinate the Master of Commerce Employee Relations and Human Resources programme.

Be in possession of a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human Resource Management.Have experience or demonstrate competency to co-ordinate Masters programmes specifically in the field of Employee Relations and Human Resources.Have experience in facilitating training within industry or preferably lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Have published articles in accredited journals and presented research papers at conferences.Have a track record of successful research supervision and examination of postgraduate students.To be considered for appointment to the Associate Professor post, candidates must:
Be in possession of a doctoral degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Employment Relations and/or Human resource Management.Have experience in facilitating training within industry/the corporate world or lecturing at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.Have published research in accredited journals and conference proceedingsHave a track record of successful research supervision and examination of postgraduate students.
