To actively contribute to ECM solutions and transactions; mandate implementation and client relationship building to generate sustainable revenue streams for NCIB.Job ResponsibilitiesManaged Financial and Business Results:Achieve financial targets set by management by assisting the ECM team / Head in advising clients on ECM transactions. Maintain market share of ECM deals by developing new ideas and securing mandates through client pitches. Arrange, implement and execute ECM transactions for clients, on time and within risk parameters resulting in a good client experience.Managed Stakeholder Relationships:Build and maintain trusted professional relationships with clients by understanding and consistently meeting their needs.Managed Internal Processes:Assist in conceptualizing, structuring, pitching presentations to prospective clients and the execution and implementation of ECM transactions. Ensure completion of transactions by reviewing and project managing the development and updating of presentations; proposals; regulatory and legal documents. Ensure mandates are implemented appropriately, and adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements. Manage achievement of deliverables by developing; reviewing and monitoring of transaction timetables; communicating deadlines; facilitate and coordinate communication and reviewing outputs for relevance; accuracy and completeness. Improve and assist in deal origination by researching the South African equity market, identifying client opportunities and delivering the required output to clients.Improved Processes and Culture:Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank Culture building initiatives (e.g. staff surveys etc.). Participate and support corporate responsibility initiatives for the achievement of business strategy (e.g. Green Strategy).
