The West Coast District Hospital are seeking a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join their team.
Associate Nurse Unit Manager – Permanent, Full Time As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) on the West Coast, your work will have a tangible impact every day. You will support the NUM in administrative and service delivery planning, driving innovative initiatives in quality safety programs and clinical practice standards. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in building strong working relationships with staff and the community. Your ability to inspire, influence, and deliver clear messages will help ensure cohesive teamwork and high standards of care. Ideally, you will hold relevant postgraduate qualifications and have experience in Emergency Nursing.

Details of appointment: Permanent, full time, shift worker positions, working up to 76 hours per fortnight. *Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Salary: $103,466 to $109,165 pro rata, per annum. Our Employer 11.5% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
Salary range is in accordance with Nurses and Midwives (Tasmanian State Service) Agreement 2023You'll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
Payment of $15,000 staged over three years is available for Nurses and Midwives who move to Tasmania from interstate and remain employed full time for three years or more, on top of relocation allowance already available.
In addition, the following allowances calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available:
