Job Description To manage workstreams in support of the origination, structuring and execution of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, by developing a seasoned understanding of the Investment Banking (IB) Advisory product portfolio, and performing activities independently, in order to grow the M&A business, within defined CIB risk parameters and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Degree in Business Commerce / Finance / Accounting Post Graduate Qualification in Business Commerce 3- 4 years experience in M&A or Corporate Finance product enviroment 3- 4 years proficient understanding of key financial concepts, with experience in interpreting client financial statements, calculating financial ratios and building financial models.
3- 4 years Experience in drafting client documentation (presentation books, management presentations, board materials, memoranda, and other presentation materials).
Demonstrated understanding of legislation, regulations and industry codes of practice.
