In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality standards across the organization.Manage and maintain the organization's quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standardsLead quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement projectsDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) forquality metricsConduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions as neededCollaborate with department heads to identify quality improvement opportunitiesMentor and guide team members in quality management practicesStay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality managementPrepare and present reports on quality performance to senior managementQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management rolesStrong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement methodologiesExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyAdvanced analytical and problem-solving skillsOutstanding communication and presentation abilitiesStrong leadership skills with experience in team managementProficiency in quality management toolsCertifications in Quality Management (e.g.Six Sigma Black Belt) preferredIn-depth knowledge of industry standards and best practices in quality managementAbility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organizationAdditional Information:All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
