Job Description The AM will be responsible for managing monthly accounting clients. This will include full ownership of the client relationship and report results to the Director who will discuss further with the clients. The AM is also responsible for reviewing annual financial statements (AFS) and managing the junior staff in this service line. Background experience Completed SAICA training contract (articles)If not CA (SA) yet - 2 years post articles experience in a financial manager role.Industry – Financial Services Technical Solid knowledge of IFRS and related accounting frameworks.US GAAP (investment funds) experience a bonus Computer / program knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)CaseWarePastel/XeroSARS efiling Company, product and market knowledge Investment FundsFinancial Statements (IFRS) Management and leadership CA – leading teams in audit environmentNon-CA – managerial experience Languages English. Some clients are Afrikaans, but not a requirement.
