Within Health and Social care, we have an opportunity for you to be part of a dynamic leadership team providing senior operational manager and professional leadership to nursing staff within Child Health.Within the Highland Health and Social Care partnership, there are around 180 child health nursing staff working across the Highland Council area. Health visitors, school nurses and specialist nurses work alongside social work within Health and Social Care Family Teams. These teams provide community based support to infants, children, young people, parents and carer with a wide range of need. As Associate Lead Nurse you will work within Health and Social Care fostering a compassionate and caring culture, bringing enthusiasm and innovation into nursing practice and service delivery for the future. You will be responsible for the operational implementation of national, local and integrated plans for nursing staff. You will provide senior operational leadership to a designated area within Highland and hold a number of designated portfolios.
