The successful candidate will be responsible for real-time monitoring of line adherence, daily and intraday reporting, and analytical skills to ensure accuracy.Key Responsibilities:Real-time monitoring for line adherence and raising alarms for non-adherenceDaily and intraday reporting to ensure timely deliveryStrong analytical skills to analyze data and ensure accuracyExposure to WFM tools such as IEX, Aspect, and Blue-PumpkinExcellent communication skills to manage allocated tasks and deliver resultsRaising prior alarms for risks to meet line adherence goalsManagement of FTE requirements and deliveryMatric with good WFM experience and MS Excel skillsAnalysis of data to ensure accuracyRequirements:Matric with good WFM experienceMS Excel skillsStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentExposure to WFM tools
