Role Highlights: As an Associate , youll play a pivotal role in the valuation and analysis of investments, showcasing your mastery in financial assessment, transaction structuring, and strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Apply advanced valuation techniques, including DCF, EV/EBITDA, EV/EBIT, PE, and P/NAV methodologies.
Conduct in-depth financial statement and company analyses.
Lead comprehensive due diligence investigations with precision.
Develop detailed discussion papers and transaction proposals.
Oversee and report on portfolio company performance.
Foster effective communication with portfolio companies, ensuring seamless collaboration.
Consistently meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to excellence.
What Were Looking For: Education: CA(SA) qualification is required.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in corporate finance, with at least 2 years focused on valuation.
Exceptional analytical skills, a proactive work ethic, and a team-oriented approach.
Strong communication abilities and unwavering attention to detail.
