Associate, Governance & Board Support

To provide board support and secretarial services to allocated portfolios of subsidiary companies' boards, and board and management committees. To provide support to committee members on governance matters, ensuring effective and efficient functioning of all boards and committees by adopting an appropriate standard of governance. To assist with ensuring compliance with the applicable statutory, regulatory and corporate governance requirements for boards and management committees.
