People who think differently and connect with those around them to co-create new opportunities and leave a meaningful legacy.Role responsibilitiesLead hydropower design and studies ranging from prefeasibility studies to detailed designs.Review hydropower and dam designs and costing.Review hydropower energy yield calculations.Business development for hydropower and dams and for the extended Zutari business.Lead digital innovations within the hydropower and dams space to make the delivery of projects more efficient.Project management of dams and hydropower projects.Integrate and collaborate with other business units within Zutari to enable the implementation of hydropower and dams projects.Travel to site and clients throughout Sub-Saharan Africa as required.MSc (Preferred) / BSc or MEng (Preferred) / BEng in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 7 years experience in hydropower engineering.Registered as a Professional Engineer (PrEng) with ECSA (Required).Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.We believe that a diverse workforce is key to our business success.
