Qualifications: BCom, BCom Law, LLB, CA(SA), or equivalent qualification Experience and Skills: 8 to 15 years in corporate and international tax, preferably with Big Four or a top legal firm Proven skills in client relationship management and fostering professional connections High emotional intelligence to manage complex team and client interactions Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written Strong leadership ability, with experience managing teams in a high-performance environment Excellent technical writing skills for drafting detailed tax opinions and reports Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and nurture a broad client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of premium tax advisory services and cultivating long-term client partnerships.
