Associate, Corporate Financing Solutions, Investment Banking Job Overview Business Segment: Corporate & Investment Banking
Location: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30
To independently support the origination, structuring and execution of assigned Corporate Financing Solutions (CFS) debt solutions across the deal lifecycle. To support the team/portfolio in achieving lending revenue targets, enhancing the CIB brand as the Go-To Lending Bank and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experience.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications First Degree in Business CommerceExperience Required 3-4 years understanding and knowledge of local and global Lending products/solutions to effectively develop and present innovative client solutions. Effectively coordinating and interacting with professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other lines of business in the delivery of all Debt Solutions.3-4 years demonstrated experience in building complex financial models, conducting research, and analyzing large amounts of data and information to develop and present reports to key stakeholders.5-7 years demonstrated experience in working independently, managing concurrent work processes and driving delivery on multiple deals/projects with minimal supervision.At least 5 years experience & understanding of the end-to-end Lending deal process and lifecycle, with experience in executing deals from cradle to grave.At least 5 years experience in banking, with clear exposure to private equity, fund management, equity analysis, consulting, relationship management, and business development.5-7 years experience in working with and interpreting relevant regulatory frameworks.
