The role will be to support the successful delivery of UK and international projects, working with project team Design Engineers and Senior Consultants throughout all project phases, whilst also including independent project management of complex design and construction projects, covering all aspects of Fire Engineering.
This role requires you to be an experienced leader with high levels of design experience in fire engineering whilst also including ability across strategy writing and project delivery to our clients.

Hold responsibility for leadership with client development and team growth.
Continuing the growth and development of our Fire & Life Safety offering to the international markets Key Responsibilities: Independently manage complex projects with multifaceted technical scope and stakeholder management both internally and externally.
Experience in supporting the production of proposals, bids and Requests for Proposals (RFP) responses.
Ability to assess and understand design proposals and advise on associated risk.
Develop business plans and strategies for capitalising on existing relationships and entering new markets.
Strong leadership, interpersonal / people management, and mentoring skills to support senior leadership in building the regional team, reviewing staff performance, coaching, mentoring employees, driving training initiatives and continuous technical improvement in the division.
Development of fire management strategies and business growth.
Essential Skills: BEng/BSc in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
BSc or MSc in Fire Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 10 (ten) years experience across fire engineering Demonstratable network and experience in winning work across major built environment projects.
Demonstratable experience in leading and facilitating the growth of design teams.
Excellent technical knowledge in Fire Safety / Engineering within Residential, Commercial and Hotels sectors.
A thorough understanding of Fire Engineering and interdisciplinary design through all stages of the design process.
Ability to deliver & control project delivery, within time and budget.
