Salaries for other regions will be considered based on local rates.What your day to day will look like with us (responsibilities & structure of this role)Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities including:One to one coaching on individual career planning, career development and job searchGroup coaching on skills development, career and personal developmentTeam coaching on developing effective and cohesive team workingEncourage and motivate learners to progress their career development planDeliver live coaching sessions across global time zonesNetwork within industry, recruitment and employer partners to enable learner employment opportunitiesRequirementsWhat you'll need to succeed (personal attributes & experience requirements)In-depth experience as a career coach with a track record in coaching professionals at all levels to start, change and advance their careersExtensive experience in delivery of innovative, engaging career development models and frameworks including one to one, group and team coaching as well as delivery of training workshops (online and face to face) and contentExperience of coaching professionals to advance their careers in the digital skills industry.
