Your Role at Impact:
As an Associate Android Engineer at Impact.com, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our Android application. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, our product manager, designer, and fellow developers, to create high-quality, user-friendly apps that meet the needs of our customers.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with our tech lead, product manager and designer to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design, develop, test, and maintain our Android application so that it adheres to best practices and delivers an exceptional user experience.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following coding standards and guidelines.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the development team.
Debug and resolve issues and bugs identified by QA and end-users, providing timely solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Android development trends, tools, and technologies, and actively incorporate them into projects.
Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and Android versions.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
What You Have:
Experience in Android development with a strong understanding of Java/Kotlin.
Familiarity with Android SDK, Android Studio, and version control systems like Git.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.
Problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
