A busy workshop for a large organisation in the finance and transport industry has a vacancy for an Assistant Manager to support the Workshop Manager.Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesAssess accident damage vehicles and quote for repairs for both panel-beating and mechanical.Identify all parts that would be required to repair the vehicle.Manage current relationships with parts suppliers to acquire the necessary parts timeously for the repair of the vehicle.Build new relationships with other parts suppliers to ensure a constant flow of parts.Fill in for the Workshop Manager when he is not at work.Job Type: Full-timePay: R9500.00 - R12000.00 per month
