Assistant Warehouse Manager

Position: Assistant Warehouse ManagerLocation: Cape Town, South AfricaSalary: R20,000 - R25,000 per monthStart Date: As soon as possibleKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficiency and productivity.Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.Maintain high levels of organization within the warehouse to facilitate smooth operations.Implement and oversee strong administrative processes to support warehouse activities.Manage stock levels effectively, ensuring accuracy in inventory control and stock management.Requirements:Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or Branch Manager.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.Robust administrative capabilities, with experience in managing warehouse-related paperwork and systems.Extensive experience in stock management, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.Qualifications:Relevant management qualification or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes:Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.A team player with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.Application Process: Interested candidates should submit their CV and a cover letter outlining their suitability for the role.
