As a family-owned business, our commitment to excellence runs deep, making Decofurn your trusted partner in creating spaces that truly reflect your style and personality.The Assistant Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the daily management of the branch warehouse and its staff, overseeing the dispatching and receiving process of stock items, stock management and effective record keeping, reporting, housekeeping and customer service on a 6-day work week.Please note, we are currently hiring in Fourways and Greenstone.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurate management of the receiving and dispatch processEnsure SOP'S are followedRepairs/ exchanges to be done timeouslyManage the smooth running of POS and Pastel systemManage all warehouse staffManagement of full cycle Stock control, including assembled stockSupervision of the packing and stacking of stockMinimising stock losses and damagesPlanning of deliveries and collectionIdeal Candidate ProfileGrade 12 or Equivalent3+ years of retail / receiving / warehouse experience.2+ years of managerial experience2+ years of Customer Service experienceExcellent time management skillsCommunication skillsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Warehouse Management SystemsSage Pastel advantageousInterested?Join our team of passionate individuals dedicated to driving success.
