Minimum requirements: 10+ years experience in Compensation and Benefits with a minimum 3+ years of leading the function.Strong stakeholder relationships/other partnerships experience within a global setting.ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry backgroundUnderstanding of tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense etc.Benchmarking salary/benefits data and participating in industry surveysManaging annual processes like merit increases, bonuses, and equity plansDesigning and evaluating hiring ranges in partnership with Recruitment and HRBPOverseeing short- and long-term incentive plans and monitoring their effectivenessEnsuring compliance with regulations and company policiesCollaborating with Global Rewards on regular dashboards and analysisConsultant: Debbie Watkyns - Dante Personnel Cape Town
