About the RoleThe Assistant Vice President - IT Infrastructure will oversee the end-to-end management of key client accounts, ensuring the seamless delivery of IT services and fostering strong relationships with client IT teams.
This business-facing role will involve leading service delivery reviews, driving improvements in operational productivity, and ensuring compliance with information security standards.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet client requirements, optimize service delivery processes, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
