Assistant Stores Controller

Our client based in the Piet Retief area is seeking an Assistant Stores Controller to join their team. An overview of the role is as follows; to receive, distribute and account for goods and materials effectively and efficiently in compliance with the company's policies, procedures and codes of conduct.
Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
At least 18 months' experience in stores control
Computer literate in Microsoft 365 suite
Ability to communicate in English competently
Experience on working with Syspro would be advantageous
Clear criminal record
Unendorsed Code 08/B driver's license would be advantageous

Key Functions Include:

Assisting stores controller in maintaining stock according to required level
Updating Syspro accurately according to receiving of stock and non-stock
Undertake store administration
Ensure compliance with the stores and safety procedures
Comply with the requirements of ISO and Quality Management Systems
