Assistant Store Manager

Our client, a prominent company in the Textile and Apparel Manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join their dynamic team.Responsibilities:Achieve all budgeted targets.Manage expenses as per agreed budgets.Handle banking and reconciliation.Manage end-of-day procedures and banking.Oversee store administration tasks.Maintain accurate stock recons and manage stock control effectively.Ensure staffing levels and criteria are maintained.Promote the company name through sales, quality assistance, and customer service.Assist on the store floor as needed.Operate tills and assist with transactions when required.Requirements:Matric certificate.Experience in the textiles or clothing industry.Experience in retail management.Knowledge of household textiles.Strong organizational, planning, and motivational skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and people skills.Honest, trustworthy, and reliable.Ability to manage, delegate responsibility, and show assertiveness and leadership abilities.Benefits:Market-related salary.Convenient location in Cape Town.How to Apply:
