Assistant Sommelier (Stellenbosch)

Requirements:- Grade 12 and certification from the Cape Wine Academy or WSET Level 1.- Ideally, 1-2 years of experience as a wine tutor.- Extensive knowledge of wines, including grape varieties, regions, harvest times, climates, soils, and winemaking processes, with the ability to communicate this to guests.- Passionate about wine and the hospitality industry.- Strong product knowledge.- Strong customer service orientation.- Well-presented, enthusiastic, flexible, and accountable.
