Seeking a driven Assistant Store Manager to assist in leading a high-performing team and oversee all aspects of the store's operations. Minimum Requirements:A completed Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)3 or more years of experience managing a team in a fast-paced, high-turnover environmentStrong leadership and matrix management skillsTechnologically adept with the ability to quickly adapt to and work with innovative technology solutionsProven ability to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer experiencesExperience in compiling performance reportsSolid understanding of retail operations Duties and Responsibilities:Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales and developmental targetsEnsure outstanding customer experiences and address feedback effectivelyOversee day-to-day operations, including inventory and store standardsAnalyze performance data and provide strategic recommendationsCollaborate across teams to align with business objectivesMaintain compliance with policies while driving innovation and efficiency
