Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer service.Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer demand.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.Plan and execute in-store promotions, merchandising, and marketing campaigns.Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role within the retail industry.MatricStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
