Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: The Windmills, Nottingham Road, KwaZulu-Natal Midlands
Salary: R 10,000 - R 15,000 per month (dependent on experience)

Job Description:
Assisting the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently.
Supervising staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service standards are maintained.
Managing reservations, coordinating with the kitchen, and ensuring timely and accurate food delivery.
Handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Assisting in inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Assisting with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry is essential.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by industry norms.
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
