Assistant Restaurant Manager - 4* Hotel - Durban, Kzn

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure a seamless dining experience for our clients' guests.Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members to deliver exceptional service.Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high-quality standards.Manage reservations and ensure optimal table turnover.Address customer concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary.Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the restaurant.Minimum Requirements:Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.Familiarity with Micros and Opera systems is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Between 3 - 5 Years of experience.
