Assistant/Relief Lodge Manager Required to fill in for Lodge Managers
- Tertiary qualification in related hospitality/management field beneficial
- Previous experience in a Big 5 reserve and 5-star lodge management essential
- Valid RSA ID and Driver's License essential
- Proficient in Office and Email
- Exceptional Guest Relations skills
- Ability to manage staff
- Understanding and ability to manage the different departments
- Ability to plan ahead and problem solve
- Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
- Valid RSA ID and Drivers License
