About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Assistant Recruitment Manager to join our recruitment team. This role is designed for someone who is nearly at the Recruitment Manager level and is ready to take on increasing responsibilities following their probation period. The successful candidate will support the Recruitment Manager in overseeing recruitment activities across multiple regions, including South Africa, the UK, and India, ensuring that Quantanite attracts and retains top talent.
Responsibilities
At Quantanite, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
Support the Recruitment Manager in leading and managing the recruitment portfolio.
Assist in developing and managing a team of recruitment officers.
Help to inform and streamline the end-to-end hiring process.
Assist in establishing and developing job profiles.
Build and maintain relationships with third parties, including recruitment agencies.
Contribute to the development and monitoring of assessment batteries and results.
Support the recruitment strategy for newly onboarded campaigns.
Optimise the use of all recruitment systems and platforms within Quantanite.
Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and support project planning for recruitment deliverables.
Assist in vetting and ensuring the quality of candidates by aligning with job requirements.
Build rapport with hiring managers and global stakeholders.
Assist in formalising hiring documentation.
Provide reporting and analysis of recruitment performance.
Proactively source and analyse data on performance and attrition at 0 to 90 days.
Regularly audit the hiring process to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements
To be seriously considered for this role, we're looking for the following:
Matric / Grade 12
Degree in BA, BCom, or a Human Resources qualification
3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally within a BPO or Agency environment
Experience in using recruitment platforms and systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
