Job Title: Assistant Quantity SurveyorLocation: East LondonPackage £35,000 - £42,000 plus car allowance and travelSkilled Careers are working with a Tier One Main Contractor who currently have 15 live sites within Central and specialise within a wide range of sectors.They are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a Senior QS on a £16m New Build Education project in East London.Duties Subject to the approval of the Project Surveyor receive and make payments in respect of interim and final account applications from Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers in accordance with Company contractual arrangements. Contribute to the delivery of all confirmed project tasks and goals. Assist in the preparation of Orders with Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Suppliers. Prepare and co-ordinate labour only payments.Requirements Experience working for a UK Main Contractor. BSc in Quantity Surveyor. JCT or NEC Contract knowledge.
