Assistant Property Manager (Mornings Only)

A well established company based in Bryanston is seeking a Assistant Property Manager.
Duties: Supporting the manager Will be dealing with sectional title office complexes from Bedfordview to Roodepoort Dealing with Municipalities Communication with Landlords Communication with Landlords Manage Body Corporate Office Parks, 13 Buildings / 20 owners per building Keep database updated with latest information of landlords, tenants etc Must be able to do the maintenance, Communication with Municipality or private contractors Target is to the keep the body corporate happy Follow up about levies and attorneys if they have been handed over Minute taking Requirements: Matric (Grade 12) Knowledge of sectional Titles (Advantegous ) Knowledge of Municpalities (Advantageous ) Must be able to work with supervision Basic level of financical skills Must be able to work in a small team Must have excellent communication skills (Will be dealing with high level clients) Must not be too soft ( Not take things personal) Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel, Word) Essential ·
