PEAR Recruitment – Assistant Property Manager Wapping Salary – £25,000 - £27,000 Hours – Monday to Thursday 9:30am – 6:30pm, Friday 9.30am-5pm, Every other Saturday 10am – 2pm Our client currently has a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Property Manager to join their team in Wapping.
The successful candidate would play a key role in dealing with a portfolio of around 60 properties.
They are looking for a passionate and determined candidate with impeccable standards and the ability to impress through results.
Skills required: Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including: Minor repairs Major refurbishments Insurance claims Property visits Inspections Arranging mandatory safety checks Booking pre-tenancy works Drawing up tenancy agreements Negotiating tenancy renewals About you: Well organized Excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize duties Strong communication skills Well presented Ability to work on your own initiative Experience of supporting a fast-paced team Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential Problem solving skills Knowledge of lettings legislation If you are interested in this Assistant Property Manager role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us for an informal discussion.
